Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist clients in trademark filing and registration
- Advise clients on trademark protection and infringement issues
- Conduct trademark searches and provide clearance opinions
- Prepare and file trademark applications with the relevant authorities
- Represent clients in trademark matters before the trademark office
- Assist clients in resolving trademark disputes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in trademark law
- Strong knowledge of trademark registration processes
- Excellent communication and legal research skills
- Ability to handle multiple trademark cases
