Cancellation Policy for AAR TAX INDIA

At AAR TAX INDIA, we aim to offer transparent and client-focused financial and tax solutions. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which service cancellations are permitted.

1. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request to cancel services within 24 hours of placing an order or making payment, provided that the work has not already commenced. All requests must be sent in writing via email to aarattorneyalliance@gmail.com.

• If the service work has not started, a full or partial refund will be considered.
• If work has already begun, only partial refunds may be provided, depending on the progress made and administrative efforts incurred.

2. Non-Cancellable Services

Due to the nature of certain services (such as tax return filings, government submissions, or document registrations), cancellations are not allowed once the process has been initiated or submitted.

3. Cancellation by AAR TAX INDIA

We reserve the right to cancel any service at our discretion due to reasons including but not limited to:

• Incomplete or incorrect documentation from the client.
• Non-cooperation or violation of terms by the client.
• Operational or technical issues beyond our control.

In such cases, clients will be informed, and refunds (if applicable) will be initiated based on the situation.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved cancellations and eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
