Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with income tax laws for clients
- Oversee tax filings and ensure accurate tax reporting
- Review tax returns for accuracy and completeness
- Develop tax compliance strategies and manage risks
- Lead the tax compliance team and provide training and development
- Coordinate with tax authorities for audits and disputes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in tax compliance management
- Strong understanding of tax compliance and reporting regulations
- Leadership experience in managing teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
