Advanced Excel & Tally, Finalization of accounts, Tax compliance (GST, TDS), MIS Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting
Roles and Responsibilities
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare and file GST & TDS returns
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
- Lead a team of junior accountants
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally/Zoho Books
- Excellent communication & team leadership skills
