Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist clients in patent registration and prosecution
- Provide legal advice on patent rights and infringement matters
- Represent clients in patent-related disputes and litigation
- Conduct patent searches and evaluations
- Prepare and file patent applications with government authorities
- Advise clients on patent licensing and commercialization strategies
Requirements
- Law degree with specialization in patent law
- 5–7 years of experience in patent law
- Deep understanding of patent filing and prosecution processes
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience in patent litigation and dispute resolution
