Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist clients in patent filing and prosecution
- Prepare patent applications and assist in patent searches
- Represent clients in patent-related matters before the Patent Office
- Advise clients on patent protection and enforcement
- Stay updated on patent law changes and best practices
- Collaborate with legal teams for patent litigation support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in patent law or as a patent agent
- Strong knowledge of patent filing and prosecution procedures
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
