Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy on MCA filings and compliance matters
- Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Assist in preparation and filing of statutory returns with MCA
- Prepare financial and compliance reports for clients
- Guide clients on corporate restructuring and governance issues
- Keep clients updated on regulatory changes from MCA
Requirements
- Law degree or equivalent qualification in corporate law
- 3–5 years of experience in MCA compliance and filings
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act and other corporate laws
- Experience with corporate governance and regulatory affairs
- Excellent communication and client management skills
