Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other MCA regulations
- Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings with MCA
- Monitor and manage corporate records and documents
- Advise on regulatory changes and their impact on corporate compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for compliance tasks
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory filings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in MCA compliance
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
