Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing patent and trademark applications
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to IPR
- Assist in managing client IPR portfolios
- Prepare and organize IPR-related documentation
- Maintain communication with clients regarding IPR matters
- Support the legal team in IPR litigation and dispute resolution
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IPR paralegal work
- Strong understanding of IPR laws and procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
