Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle trademark, copyright, and patent filings
- Draft and review corporate legal agreements
- Advise on intellectual property and business structuring
- Ensure corporate governance compliance
- Coordinate with legal teams and government departments
Requirements
- LLB or LLM with specialization in IPR or Corporate Law
- 3–5 years of relevant legal practice experience
- Sound knowledge of Indian IPR and Companies Act
- Proficiency in legal research and contract drafting
- Excellent client handling and advisory skills
