Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice on intellectual property management
- Assist in patent and trademark applications and registrations
- Guide clients on IPR protection and enforcement strategies
- Conduct audits and evaluations of intellectual property portfolios
- Provide licensing and franchising advisory services
- Assist clients in resolving IPR disputes and conflicts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as an IPR consultant
- Strong knowledge of patent, trademark, and copyright laws
- Ability to handle IPR portfolio management and audits
- Excellent negotiation and client management skills
