- Represent clients in intellectual property disputes
- Provide legal advice on patent, trademark, and copyright issues
- Conduct legal research related to intellectual property laws
- Prepare and file patent, trademark, and copyright applications
- Defend clients in IPR-related litigation
- Assist in licensing and franchising agreements
Requirements
- Law degree with specialization in intellectual property rights
- 4–6 years of experience in IPR law
- Strong knowledge of patent, trademark, and copyright laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in IPR litigation and legal strategy
