Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end company incorporation processes
- Draft MOA, AOA, and other legal documents
- Coordinate with clients to gather incorporation data
- File forms on MCA portal and ensure approvals
- Assist in PAN/TAN/GST registration post-incorporation
- Keep track of compliance timelines post-registration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce or relevant field
- 1–3 years experience in company formation or legal setup
- Knowledge of MCA e-filing systems and ROC procedures
- Attention to detail and document accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
