Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial strategies and budgets
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Implement financial controls and audit procedures
- Supervise the accounting department and provide guidance
- Manage cash flow and forecasting activities
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements
- CA or CPA qualification preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in financial management
- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
