Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate finance operations and reporting
- Ensure compliance with MCA, ROC, and SEBI regulations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flows
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Lead internal financial controls and compliance
Requirements
- CA or MBA Finance with 4–6 years of corporate finance experience
- Strong command over financial regulations and reporting
- Experience in dealing with auditors and legal advisors
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel and finance software proficiency
