Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead corporate compliance and governance initiatives
- Manage the preparation and filing of statutory returns with MCA
- Advise senior management on corporate governance best practices
- Ensure compliance with all corporate laws and regulations
- Coordinate with legal teams for regulatory filings and corporate restructuring
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in corporate compliance
- In-depth knowledge of MCA regulations and corporate governance
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders
