Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
- Provide compliance training to staff members
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Maintain records of compliance activities and reporting
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance or legal roles
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal documents
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
